Over $300,000 raised for development of OpenLayers 6

OpenLayers is used and loved by a huge number of people in the spatial community. Recently a series of work for OpenLayers 6 took place to add WebGL support by using a Mapbox GL JS layer, the funding of which was initiated by Swisstopo. All in all, over $300,000 was raised and Swisstopo themselves placed a cool $150,000 into the fund.
